REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy

At Vanguard, we aim to provide the best experience for your child through our basketball and volleyball training programs. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise.

1. Program Cancellations by Vanguard:

   • In the event of a cancellation by Vanguard, no refunds will be issued. Instead, makeup training sessions will be organized to ensure your child receives the full benefit of the program.

2. Participant Cancellations:

   • If a participant wishes to cancel their enrollment, the cancellation must be requested before the start of a new month.

   • Cancellations made after the new month begins will be charged for the full month, and no refunds will be issued.

3. Missed Sessions:

   • Refunds or credits are not available for missed sessions due to personal reasons. Vanguard will make every effort to accommodate makeup sessions where possible.

4. Health Problems or Extraordinary Circumstances:

   • In the event of a health issue or extraordinary circumstance, participants' rights will be preserved.

   • Once the extraordinary circumstance is resolved or the health issue is no longer a concern, participants can resume their remaining sessions from where they left off.
