REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

 

A legal disclaimer

1. General Policy At Vanguard Sports Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality training. To maintain the quality of our programs and facility, the following policies apply to all registrations.

2. Non-Refundable Fees The one-time Registration and Jersey Fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, even if the participant cancels before the first session.

3. Membership Cancellations (Participant)

  • Memberships are billed on a monthly basis.

  • To cancel a membership, requests must be submitted in writing (via email) 3 days before the billing cycle renews.

  • Cancellations made after the new month has begun will be charged for that full month. No partial refunds will be issued for "unused" days in a month.

4. Cancellations by Vanguard

  • If Vanguard cancels a specific session (e.g., due to coach illness or facility issues), no refunds will be issued. Instead, a makeup session will be scheduled.

  • If a makeup session cannot be arranged, a credit will be applied to the next month's bill.

5. Missed Sessions

  • We do not offer refunds or credits for sessions missed due to personal reasons (e.g., vacations, school events, minor illness).

  • Makeup sessions for personal absences are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.

6. Injury & Medical Freeze

  • In the event of an injury or serious illness that prevents participation for more than 14 days, we can pause your membership and issue a credit for future use.

  • A valid Doctor's Note is required to process a medical freeze.

  • Medical credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

7. Code of Conduct

  • Vanguard reserves the right to dismiss any participant due to bullying, unsafe behavior, or repeated disruption. In these instances, no refunds will be issued for the remainder of the month.
