Club Rules

General Conduct:

1. Respect and Courtesy:

   • All participants are expected to treat coaches, staff, and fellow participants with respect.

   • Discrimination, insults, or any form of disrespectful behavior are strictly prohibited.

2. Use of Inappropriate Language:

   • Offensive language, profanity, or inappropriate words are not allowed. Such behavior may result in immediate removal from the program.

3. Physical Violence and Bullying:

   • Physical violence, threats, or bullying of any kind will not be tolerated.

   • Participants involved in such behavior will be removed from the program immediately. Any incidents should be reported to a club official without delay.

 

Training and Facility Rules:

1. Following Instructions:

   • Participants must follow the instructions provided by coaches and club staff. Failure to comply may result in warnings or removal from the program.

2. Safety and Focus:

   • Participants must stay focused and adhere to safety guidelines during training sessions. Reckless or careless behavior that endangers others will not be tolerated.

3. Use of Electronic Devices:

   • The use of phones, tablets, or other electronic devices during training sessions is prohibited, except in emergencies.

   • Participants who fail to comply may be required to hand over their devices to club staff.

4. Leaving the Training Area:

   • Participants are not allowed to leave the training area without prior approval from the coach. This rule is in place for safety reasons.

 

Club Equipment and Property:

1. Care for Club Property:

   • Participants are responsible for using club equipment properly. Any intentional damage must be paid for by the participant.

   • Misuse of equipment will result in warnings or removal from training.

 

Attendance and Participation:

1. Punctuality:

   • Participants are expected to arrive on time for training sessions. Latecomers may not be allowed to join the session.

   • More than three unexcused absences may result in the cancellation of membership.

2. Transportation:

   • Participants are responsible for arranging their own transportation. The club is not responsible for transportation-related issues.

 

Additional Rules:

1. Parents and Guardians:

   • Parents or guardians must wait outside the training area and are not permitted to enter the field or training space during sessions.

2. Weather and Cancellations:

   • Training sessions may be canceled due to bad weather.

   • Participants will be informed of cancellations in advance.

3. Media and Social Media:

   • Images of participants may be shared on the club's social media accounts.
